This rosolio was prepared according to an ancient recipe of our tradition, putting the carefully selected wild fennel plans to macerate in pure alcohols. Thanks to the traditional procedure with which it is produced, this rosolio maintains the aromatic and highly digestive properties intact of the plant. It should be served cold and is excellent as a meal end.
