Fiasconaro's Colomba NERO SUBLIME comes in an elegant green box containing a naturally leavened artisanal colomba, without sultanas and candied fruit, but with Sicilian chocolate drops and wild strawberries from Ribera (AG), covered with a dark cocoa glaze, a jar of Fiasconaro Sicilian Chocolate cream to spread and a Spalmino signed Fiasconaro (a useful small knife/spatula ideal for spreading the cream.

Ingredients:

Colomba: Wheat flour, butter, Modica chocolate (10%) (cocoa mass, cane sugar), sugar, fresh eggs, low-fat cocoa coating (10%) (sugar, vegetable fat (coconut, cocoa butter), low-fat cocoa powder (8%), emulsifier: soy lecithin; flavours), extra wild strawberry jam (9%) (wild strawberry (110 g fruit per 100 g), sugar, lemon juice), yolk from fresh eggs, natural yeast (contains wheat flour), strawberry granules (2%) (fruit (strawberry juice, strawberry puree, apple puree, cherry juice), sugar, fructose syrup, rice flour, gelling agents: pectin; cocoa butter, acidity correctors: citric acid; natural flavouring), wild strawberry puree (1%) (wild strawberry (70%), sugar, glucose syrup, acidifier: citric acid, lemon juice concentrate; flavouring), Sicilian honey, invert sugar, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, salt, natural vanilla flavouring. May contain traces of nuts. 

Chocolate cream: Hazelnut (Corylus avellana), Sicilian chocolate (26%) (cocoa mass, cane sugar. Cocoa: 70% min), cane sugar, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, natural vanilla flavouring. May contain traces of other nuts, milk and soya.
