An Easter dove created in an artisanal way by the Bonfissuto pastry shop, one of the most famous Sicilian pastry shops located in Canicattì, in the province of Agrigento.
This dove is characterized by a Caramel coverage enriched by the strong flavor of the salt of Mozia which together with the drops of salty caramel creates a unique combination.
To make this dove even more delicious, above there is a fine flow of very caramel -flavored milk chocolate.
Ingredients: soft wheat flour type 0, egg yolk of hens bred on the ground, granulated sugar, butter, liquid butter, whole milk powder, fructose, natural mother yeast, salt, aroma of Madagascar vanilla berries, natural flavors.
Drops of salty caramel: glucose syrup, whole milk powder, fraic creams of isigny A.O.P., salted barri d'Isigny A.O.P. (3.6%), Giornade rooms (1.2%), emulsifier: Lecitina di Colza.
External glaze: caramel milk chocolate, sugar, cocoa butter, milk whole powder, cocoa paste, milk Skiing powder, caramelized sugar (1.5%), lecithin emulsifier (soy), aroma, spices, natural vanilla extract. Grains of salt of Mozia.
It can contain traces of eggs, shell fruit, peanuts, soybeans and mustard.
