Orange rosolio
Character:A single sip contains all the warmth of the rich and fertile Sicilian land. The aroma of citrus fruits and the intense orange scent seduce the senses and the palate from the first taste, making this liqueur the undisputed protagonist of the moments of encounter and relaxation.
Color:The orange orange recalls the warm colors of southern Italy.
Alcoholic degree:28% vol.
Ingredients: Pure hydrated alcohol, sugar, infusion of biological orange peel.
Preparation: To ensure an accurate selection of raw materials, we chose a washing and manual pelature of the best biological citrus fruits of Sicily. Once the peel is obtained, infusion in pure alcohol at 96 ° C is infusion and let it be praised for a time between seven and ten days. The filtered infusion is then mixed with a syrup of water and sugar to be subjected to a second phase of filtering again. The product thus obtained must be praised thirty days before he can be bottled for the sale.
