In 2017, a unique product was born under the guidance of the oenologist Carlo Roveda, the only brut sparkling wine from Moscato di Noto in purity, made with Charmat method.
Aphrodite is depicted on the label, Greek goddess of beauty whose power no one can resist. So it will happen with the fine and persistent Perlage of the Marina pearl, the floral and delicate hints and an elegant pleasantness in the mouth.
As the goddess comes out of the rails of the sea, this pearl of the Ramaddini also tells the love, that of the winemakers for the territory and the waves that bathe it.
