We follow the rhythm of the seasons
Fruit produced in greenhouse or frozen is not used but only the fresh product is worked, at the latest within twenty -four hours from the collection.
Even the lemon juice used comes from fresh lemons, squeezed in the company only at the time of processing.
An accurate selection of producers and their products, variable of season in the season based on the goodness of the vintages and crops, leads to choose only the fruit, honey and spices, which are combined and transformed, taking care to respect their organoleptic characteristics to the maximum.
