Rosolio al Florody
Character: Ficodinia rosolio is characterized by the persistence of a delicately intense flavor, capable of expressing itself at best as an accompaniment of a dessert or during a salty aperitif. Its bouquet of fruity and floral sensations gives the palate an experience with a velvety taste.
Color: Its different shades vary from the intense yellows to the red characteristic of the fig pulp.
Alcoholic degree: 26% vol.
Ingredients: Pure hydrated alcohol, sugar, flopinia infusion.
Preparation: We choose the tastiest pulp from the heart of the figiny and we infuse it for a period that varies from seven to ten days. After filtration, the alcohol separated from the pulp is left to praise for at least ninety days, to reach a sufficient degree of maturation. Before we can proceed with bottling, the mixture must be subjected to a new filtration followed by a second decanting phase.
