The cinnamon rosolium is prepared according to an ancient recipe of our tradition, infusion the precious cinnamon of Ceylon, also called "queen", in pure alcohol.
This precious plant, thanks to the artisan procedure with which they are worked, keep their intense aroma and excellent digestive properties intact.
Cinnamon rosolium can be used on the most varied occasions: as desserts, in desserts, on ice cream and as digestive.

CHARACTERISTICS
To fully appreciate its aromatic notes, it is possible to taste it smooth at room temperature, after a slight agitation of the glass. It can also be served as a digestive, accompanied by small pastries or dry desserts. In addition, the cinnamon rosolio goes perfectly with tea, adding a touch of hot and replying spices.
For those who love experiments, an interesting variant is to prepare a cinnamon rosolio cocktail. An example is the "Cinnamon Sour", which involves the mixing of cinnamon rosolio, fresh lemon juice, sugar syrup and chopped ice. Shake everything well in a shaker and serve in a cocktail glass, garnishing with a splash of cinnamon powder.
