Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG wine, Gianbattista Valli label, cellar fief of the Pisciotto, 75 cl

The Cerasuolo di Vittoria is to date the only DOCG of Sicily. Wine of remarkable personality obtained from the red vinification of the Frappato and Nero d’Avola grapes.

Tasting notes:

Very intense and persistent perfume reminiscent of the mature pomegranate, it is full of cherry red, in the mouth it has hot and good body.

Combinations:

It combines excellently with roasts of white and red meats, braised beef, minuta game with the skewer and aged spicy cheeses.
