Cantine Europa grill sparkling wine was born from the organic Grillo grape, produced by the Europe cellars. With a straw yellow color with floral perfume and hint of violet, green apple and tropical fruit, fresh, harmonious and structured taste.

The grill was born from a research project with the University of Palermo, not only of sustainability but also of circular economy. Its production takes place, in fact, with a reduced use of oenological adjuvants and with an innovative management of native selected yeasts and noble lees for an extension of the technological longevity of the bottled product.
