Aroma: toasted and enveloping, with smoked notes.
Taste: of medium body, its foam is creamy, fine and compact and in the mouth it expresses an excellent complexity of aromas at the level of the fruity and spiced, with an interesting feeling of caramel that ends with slight notes of hops.
Gastronomic combination: fairly structured first courses. Seconds of red meats, in the oven and grilled, cheeses with herbs or fresh, provola, speck and prague ham, dried fruit.
