Processing
From the slopes of Etna to your table
We only choose the best raw materials inside a rose consisting of over fifteen herbs and aromatic plants according to the original recipe at the end of the 800. Following an accurate manual cleaning we proceed with the wise and elaborate extraction of the aromas, and the subsequent mixing of the same with a syrup. We must patiently wait for a decantation of over two months before we can taste our Anet's bitterness in the middle of its characteristic and intense spicy flavor.
HISTORY
A bitterness of character
Etna's bitterness was born on the slopes of the Sicilian volcano, with its unmistakable mixture of more than fifteen herbs and aromatic plants. His special recipe contains all the volcanic passion of the land of Sicily which, after more than one hundred years, continues to offer the intact pleasure of an intensely authentic taste, prepared according to tradition. From 1901 to today, our bitter continues to be served on the tables of lovers of good liqueurs, distinguishing itself for its deliciously spicy character. It is a naturally good liqueur with a heart, which is characterized by the choice of carefully selected and unique ingredients. A mixture of perfumes that for over one hundred years marks the taste of good drinking. Excellent as a digestive, it lends itself to being tasted after particularly elaborate dishes or as an accompaniment to a tasty aperitif with the simple addition of ice, Seltz and a thin slice of orange.
Agrosan reflects the qualities and characteristics of our Sicily, through the large and small attention reserved for production processes such as hand peeling, patiently made, as was done once.
