The Moscato Passito of Noto Dop at Hamen highlights the link with our land and its history.
He has in himself the ancient name of Marzamemi, "Marsà al Hamen" or Rada delle Tortore as the Arabs called the village when they built it. It enhances the extraordinary qualities of the Moscato, a grape variety cultivated in the Syracusan since the third century. B.C. And it is produced with passite grapes on cannicciate in the sun.
It has a golden yellow color and the nose stands aromas of candied fruit and honey, with references to figs and apricots. It reaches velvety on the palate revealing itself warm and enveloping.
The perfumes, the warmth and the liveliness of Sicily reveals from the first sip. His characteristics have earned him recognition in the most prestigious wine guides and various prizes in Italian and international competitions.
