Wine obtained by grapes you cultivate Cricket in our wine companies that are in South east of the Sicily, in province of Ragusa, and West, in province of Agrigento, where different environmental conditions let us obtain grapes with different aromatic style. In fact if on the one hand the closeness to the sea of the vineyards cultivated close to the company of Ragusa and the melted and hot grounds they let obtain fruitier and fragrant wines, other, the most argillaceous and fertile grounds of the company sited in the closeness of Agrigento confer to the grapes more concentration, maturation, wealth and volume. The union of these two different styles, there is born the wealth and the fruitfulness of our wine lightly animatedly.

The grapes are picked up between the goal and the end of August, diraspa-pressings subjected to soft squeezing, and following vinification in white musts with alcoholic fermentation led by yeasts selected to the temperature of 16-18°C for the duration of 7-9 days. The low fermentation temperature protects in this wine natural liveliness that makes it cheerful and moved to the palate.
