We retain traditional processing methods such as cooking in water and salt and hand processing of our tuna. We only need to excellence products and work with people passionate about their work.

Only the excellence caught in the Mediterranean Sea and processed exclusively in Sicily is found in the precious Sant 'Erasmo line to which we give the name in honor of the Palermo marina where our company was born in 1922 and to the protector of the fishermen.
