Our pasta is produced using ancient Sicilian grain cultivars of our production. Totally artisan processing with a very long drying, allows you to keep the organoleptic properties of the grain unchanged and guarantees it to the pasta a porosity that allows a greater absorption of the condiments (excellent with homemade sauces) over a high digestibility that eliminates the sense of Heaviness, typical of other pasta.
