D.O.P. oil Mount Etna from organic farming obtained from olives cultivated exclusively on the slopes of the volcano. Local olive crops, which distinguish the wonderful landscape of the D.O.P. Monte Etna, are made particularly fertile by the peculiar properties conferred by the volcanic soil, thus giving rise to a product with unique and unrepeatable characteristics, found to chemical-physical and organoleptic analysis. Obtained from olives of the Nocellara Etnea variety, this intense golden yellow oil with green reflections, has a harmonious perfume, with fruit references caught at the right degree of ripening. The taste is soft and enveloping, with hint of bitter and spicy content and balanced. Appropriate in cooking, on roasts of fish, vegetables and legume soups; It is equally indicated to raw on bruschetta and fresh vegetables.
