Lemon rosolio
Character: The strong personality and the delicate taste have made lemon liqueur one of the most dear rosoli to the Sicilian tradition. The secret is in the passion of an authentic recipe and in the wonderful flavors of the Sicilian lemons of Sicily. It is a product suitable for the balanced combination required by fish dishes, crustaceans and seafood.
Color: It is characterized by the typical yellow of lemon zest.
Alcoholic degree:28% vol.
Ingredients: Pure hydrated alcohol, sugar, lemon zest infusion.
Preparation: TOBbiamo chosen to manually carry out both washing and the peeling of the best biological citrus fruits in Sicily, to ensure the most accurate selection of lemon peel. Once the raw material is obtained, infusion in pure alcohol is infused and let it be praised for about ten days. The infusion is filtered and subsequently mixed with a syrup of water and sugar. A second phase of filtering follows after which the product has to praise thirty days before bottling.

The company has always maintained its belief intact in the values of tradition, through the selection and use of biological, natural raw materials and the care in the creation of simple and refined packaging.
