Ancient soft wheat flour Majorca type 1,  stone ground and packaged entirely in Sicily.
This product is characterized by a lower presence of bran, compared to ground whole wheat flour and stone.
It retains all the typical benefits of ancient Sicilian grains, however allowing you to prepare products with a less decisive flavor.
