The Etna DOC wine, Classic Method Sparkling wine Cottanera has a pale yellow colour, brilliant. The nose greets us with hints of white flowers, accompanied by light notes of citrus. The palate is full, fresh and vibrant showing at the same time a good structure and complexity. A brut from the perlage is fine and persistent with a strong minerality.
