Tuna from the Mediterranean Sea in olive oil.

Increasingly rare and delicious, it belongs to the Thunnus Thynnus species and lives in the Mediterranean Sea. 
It is characterized by an intense pink colored flesh, a good consistency and a tasty taste. 
After being caught, it is processed fresh in our factory, where the entire processing cycle is carried out, from the selection of the pieces to cleaning, from "boiling" cooking to packaging, in full respect of the ancient artisan tradition.
