TIRSAT, Cantina Feudo del Pisciotto, 75 cl

Chardonnay and Viognier in a 50% blend, from vineyards overlooking the beach of Porto Palo (Menfi). 12 months left on the yeasts (batonnage) and adequate refinement in the bottle for a wine that balances complexity and freshness.

Tasting notes: it has a golden yellow color. Complex and intense nose characterized by aromas of apricots, yellow peaches, white flowers, spices and honey. In the mouth, a sweet exotic intensity combined with a very pleasant freshness that makes it very harmonious.

Pairings: excellent with raw fish, fried paranza and swordfish rolls.
