Sweet and slightly spicy at the same time, this jam was created to be combined with Ragusano cheese, in all its different expressions and maturation phases.

Also intriguing for breakfast or as a filling for cakes and desserts, it finds an ideal companion in dark chocolate which enhances and embellishes its aromas and contrasts.
