In Sicily there are so many typical desserts. They cannot be missing, moreover in a region that has made this its strong point. They all have very ancient roots, traceable to the Arab and Norman dominations for the introduction of almonds and citrus fruits to the island, to the Spanish one for the introduction of "sponge cake", and finally during the Baroque for the use of candied fruit. Last but not least, the "pistachio", also introduced from the Middle East, has today taken on a uniqueness that no other region in the world can boast.
Among all the typical Sicilian desserts, obviously, the classic Sicilian Brioche in the gluten-free version cannot be missing.

Ingredients: Corn starch, sugar, eggs, rice flour, lard, egg yolk, legume flour, brewer's yeast, vegetable fibres, emulsifiers: monodiglycerides of food fatty acids (E471, E475), sunflower lecithin, honey, raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, potassium acid tartrate, stabilizer: sorbitol, thickeners: E464, salt, flavourings, xanthan gum. The recipe for this product does not contain milk. May contain traces of nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios), soy and sesame.
This product is made exclusively with naturally gluten-free raw materials, specifically formulated for people intolerant to gluten.
