Our pasta is produced using ancient Sicilian wheat cultivars of our production.
The totally artisanal process with very long drying allows the organoleptic properties of the wheat to be kept unaltered and guarantees the pasta a porosity which allows for greater absorption of seasonings (excellent with homemade sauces) as well as high digestibility which eliminates the sense of heaviness, typical of other pastas.
Try them with our tomato puree.
