The extra Agrisicilia cherry jam it is prepared with cherries selected and processed to preserve taste, color and consistency. The recipe enhances the natural sweetness of the fruit, offering a jam full-bodied and velvety, perfect for multiple uses in the kitchen. Thanks to the high percentage of fruit (50g per 100g of product) it guarantees a rich and authentic flavour, ideal both for daily consumption and for pastry and catering preparations. It is made with simple ingredients: cherries, sugar, fruit pectin and citric acid.
