An Easter Colomba created in an artisanal way by Pasticceria Bonfissuto, one of the most famous Sicilian pastry shops located in Canicattì, in the province of Agrigento.
This Dove is characterized by a Caramel coating enriched by the strong flavor of Mozia salt which together with the drops of Salted Caramel creates a unique combination.
To make this Colomba even more delicious, on top there is a pouring of very fine Milk Chocolate flavored with Caramel.
INGREDIENTS: type 0 soft wheat flour, free-range egg yolk, granulated sugar, butter, liquid butter, whole milk powder, fructose, natural sourdough, salt, Madagascar vanilla berry flavouring, natural flavourings.
Salted caramel drops: glucose syrup, whole milk powder, creme fraiche d'isigny A.O.P., savory bars d'isigny A.O.P. (3.6%), Guernade salt (1.2%), emulsifier: rapeseed lecithin.
External glaze: caramel milk chocolate, sugar, cocoa butter, milk whole powder, cocoa mass, milk skimmed powder, caramelized sugar (1.5%), emulsifier lecithin (soy), aroma, spices, natural vanilla extract. Grains of Motya salt.
May contain traces of eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, soy and mustard.
