The sweetness of sultanas, the intense aroma of wild fennel seeds harvested by hand in the Sicilian countryside, capers and lemon peel, to transform our cherry tomato sauce with basil into an enveloping sauce, perfect as a base for pasta with sardines or for fish-based second courses.

A 100% organic, vegan and gluten free ready-made sauce, for a product that is not only healthy, but also suitable for all the dietary choices and needs of our consumers.

As in all Salemipina sauces, sauces and purées, there are no colourants, thickeners, preservatives or added sugars because the goodness of our products is entirely based on the quality and selection of the fresh ingredient, for a product that is artisanal in intention and flavour, like a homemade preserve

Ready-made sauce for pasta, just heat it up, no cooking required. After opening, keep in the fridge and consume within 3/4 days.
