Premium Pilsner beer
Top-fermented blonde beer, inspired by Pilsner. The 24 Baroni Brewery has been engaged in research for the production of one for some time quality gluten-free craft beer. Traditional beers usually contain quantities of gluten higher than the limit threshold of 20 ppm (parts per million) and are therefore not suitable for celiacs. Gluten is a substance present in many cereals, including barley malt and wheat, but thanks to specially developed production processes, the 24 Baroni Brewery has managed to use traditional cereals, managing to reduce the quantity of gluten in the beers produced to very low values, less than 10 ppm. It is possible to view the laboratory results directly from the brewery's website via the QR code on the bottle label.

Typology: Premium pilsner, fresh and light on the palate, the finish is clean and hoppy, slightly bitter with highlighted fruity notes. 
Color: Golden coloured, brilliant and clear, with a white and very dense foam. 
Aroma: The abundant hops, intense floral aroma, cereal and herbaceous notes are immediately evident on the nose. 
Taste: Particularly dry taste which in the finish gives the freshness of the hints of malt and hops. It stands out for its bitterness characterized by strong hopping and the abundant use of the best varieties of hops.
Gastronomic pairing: It goes very well with a marinated beef carpaccio, risotto with perch and marinated anchovies. Thanks to the strong aromatic note of its hops, it goes perfectly with fresh cheeses and cured meats.

The 24 Baroni Craft Brewery is a new and dynamic Sicilian reality in the production of craft beers. It is located in a wonderful hilly area in Nicosia, a small municipality in the Nebrodi area.
Following the traditional methods of top fermentation and refermentation in the bottle, our beer is produced using malted cereals, fine hops produced partly within our farm and selected yeasts.
Water plays a fundamental role in the production of beers and fortunately we can boast untreated spring water.
All beers are: not pasteurized, do not filter and refermented in the bottle, without preservatives and chemical stabilizers but only natural ingredients
After the first slow maturation fermentation which takes place in steel vats at a controlled temperature, the beer is bottled where the second fermentation takes place for the second fermentation, giving continuously evolving aromas and flavours, which is why a very small residue of yeast is always visible on the bottom of the bottles.
Our goal has always been to bring to Sicily, where the brewing tradition has no deep roots, an excellent Sicilian craft beer that everyone can taste and appreciate.
