Plum jam with dark chocolate, 240 gr

On bread (better if wholemeal), at breakfast or to fill tarts and leavened or shortcrust pastries.

Also excellent with yogurt.

Ingredients:
plums (75%), sugar, dark chocolate (95% cocoa mass, 5% sugar) (2%), lemon juice. Gelling agent: pectin.
