Pear jam with orange blossom honey and Marsala, 240 gr

Created to be paired with Grana cheese (Parmigiano Reggiano first and foremost), it also lends itself to more traditional uses: on bread, for breakfast or as a snack.

Also excellent on boiled meat and game.

Ingredients:
thigh pears, sugar, lemon juice, Marsala Fine fortified wine (4%), orange blossom honey (2.5%). Gelling agent: pectin.
