Ingredients

NATURALLY LEAVENED BAKED CONFECTIONERY PRODUCT. INGREDIENTS: Flour WHEAT (GLUTEN), Sicilian lemon cream 20% (50% Sicilian lemon juice, sucrose, fructose, gelling agent: pectin, corn starch, Sicilian lemon essential oil), BUTTER (MILK), sugar, yolk of EGG, icing [white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, MILK whole powder, emulsifier: lecithin SOYA), lemon essential oil], YEAST natural (WHEAT), emulsifier: mono- and di-glycerides of fatty acids, honey, MILK skimmed powder, salt, vanilla, lemon essential oil. Decorated with: candied lemon peels (lemon peels, sugar, glucose syrup).

Fratelli Sicilia products are characterized by the careful refinement of raw materials coming from the territory, without any use of artificial colors and flavours. Flours selected from the nearby Enna hills, eggs from free-range hens, Sicilian pistachio, pure chocolate, sultanas, butter from centrifugation of cream and Paternò citrus fruits, make each creation absolutely special and unique, making it a true work of culinary art.
