The new one is available from this year 1953 line, a line of panettone dedicated to the great history of Fiasconaro a story that was born in 1953.

Ingredients chosen and selected exclusively from island production such as sugar, vanilla, citrus honey, stimulate the palate with unexpected combinations of flavors and aromas.

A slow and gradual leavening, which naturally reaches completion within 36 hours, guarantees quality and fragrance to this baked product, in full respect of Sicilian confectionery traditions.
Ingredients: Soft wheat flour, candied apricot and pineapple cubes (18%) (glucose-fructose syrup, apricot 26%, pineapple 24%, sucrose, concentrated lemon juice, acidity regulators: citric acid, flavourings), butter, almond glaze (10%) (sugar, egg white from fresh free-range eggs, rice flour, flour almonds, sunflower oil, modified starch, pistachio paste, flavourings), sugar, fresh free-range eggs (9%), yolk from fresh free-range eggs (4%), granulated sugar (3%), natural yeast (soft wheat flour), pistachio (2%), apricot and pineapple granules (1.2%) (fructose syrup, sugar, apricot puree 15%, apple puree, apple juice pineapple 12%, rice flour, cocoa butter, gelling agents: pectin, natural acids, acidifiers: citric acid, citrus fibre, acidity regulators: potassium citrate), Sicilian honey, invert sugar syrup, emulsion agents: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, “Marsala DOP” wine, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, salt, natural flavourings, vanilla.
