Sparkling wine Grillante Cantine Europa comes from the organic Grillo grape variety, produced by Cantine Europa. Straw yellow in color with floral aroma and hints of violet, green apple and tropical fruit, fresh, harmonious and structured taste.

Il Grillante was born from a research project with the University of Palermo, not only on sustainability but also on circular economy. Its production takes place, in fact, with a reduced use of oenological adjuvants and with an innovative management of selected native yeasts and noble lees for an extension of the technological longevity of the bottled product.
