Faithful to our origins, we pay particular attention to the processing of tuna. Only those caught in our Mediterranean bear the name Adelfio. This species of "MEDITERRANEAN TUNA", commonly known asTuna Allletteratus”, it is widespread in the Mediterranean Sea where it is also common in Italian coastal waters, reaching 1 m in length and 6/7 kg in weight.
Characteristics: tuna with an intense and full-bodied taste typical of "Red Tuna", which we consider superior. Excellent to present as an appetizer or side dish, or to add to the well-known spaghetti alla carterera

Conservation: 4 years from the date of production, after opening, keep in the fridge and consume within 3 days.
