Mediterranean bluefin tuna has always been considered in the world as a highly prized food. A rare fish that stands out for its intense flavor and dark red color. Fished in the Mediterranean Sea, it is processed exclusively in Sicily according to the ancient process which involves cooking in a pot in water and sea salt.

Since 1922 we have carefully chosen the seas where we fish and we have been using environmentally friendly fishing methods.
We preserve traditional processing methods such as cooking in water and salt and hand-processing our tuna. We only create excellent products and work with people who are passionate about their work.
Only the excellence caught in the Mediterranean Sea and processed exclusively in Sicily is found in the prized Sant' Erasmo line to which we give the name in honor of the small port in Palermo where our company was founded in 1922 and the patron saint of fishermen.
