Character: With its lively and aromatic flavor, the mandarin rosolio brings with it all the characteristic taste of the citrus fruits of Sicily. Thanks to the sweet and delicate perfume, it presents itself as an ideal end of the meal liqueur and excellent accompaniment to typical regional desserts.
Color: The typical orange of the mandarin fruit reflects the sparkling taste of this rosolio.
Alcoholic degree: 28% vol.
Ingredients: Pure hydrated alcohol, sugar, infusion of mandarin peel.
Preparation: After washing citrus fruits, we proceed to the manual peel from which we obtain the best part of the tangerine peel. The raw material then goes into infusion with pure alcohol and remains to praise for more than a week. The mixture obtained is filtered and then added to a syrup of water and sugar. After the second filtering phase, the product praises thirty days.
