MANDARIN ROSOLIO
Character: With its lively and aromatic flavour, mandarin rosolio brings with it all the characteristic taste of Sicilian citrus fruits. Thanks to its sweet and delicate aroma, it is an ideal after-meal liqueur and an excellent accompaniment to typical regional desserts.
Color: The typical orange of the mandarin fruit reflects the sparkling taste of this rosolio.
Alcohol content: 28% vol.
Ingredients: Pure hydrated alcohol, sugar, mandarin peel infusion.
Preparation: After washing the citrus fruits, we proceed with manual peeling from which we obtain the best part of the mandarin peels. The raw material is then infused with pure alcohol and remains to decant for more than a week. The mixture obtained is filtered and then added to a syrup of water and sugar. After the second filtering phase, the product settles for another thirty days.
