Harmonium is the successful synthesis between the power of Nero d'Avola and the Firriato style. The objective was to create a "cru dei cru" that offered all the expressions of the richness of such an eclectic grape variety. After 15 years of analysis and microvinifications, Firriato has identified, in the 165 hectares of Borgo Guarini, the three different crus of Ferla, Lepre and Beccaccia, to breed vines obtained from three different mass selections of Nero d'Avola. The complexity of the pedoclimatic conditions allowed us to highlight the different organoleptic characteristics of the three Single Vineyards. The Harmonium grapes are harvested at different harvest times because they have different ripeness and are vinified separately to combine in a blend that has made the history of this identifying label.

PRODUCTION AREA
Borgo Guarini
Borgo Guarini is an eclectic and multi-identity estate. In this agricultural context, three different soil orders have been identified: the Entisuoli, the Inceptisuoli and the Vertisuoli. This area stands out for the complexity of its climatic conditions and its orographic variety.
The Grande Cuvée Siciliana
Each Harmonium vintage tells a story that identifies perfectly with the Sicilian climate trend. From the characteristics of the soils and the different microclimates of the Lepre, Ferla and Beccaccia crus, wonderful bunches of Nero d'Avola are born which perfectly identify with the different peculiarities of the cru of origin. The separate vinification of these grapes determines, year by year, slight variations in the assembly of the blend. Sensory and qualitative analyzes follow each other intensely in order to define the best possible balance for a wine that can express, with a single grape variety, the elegance, power and pleasure of the great Sicilian reds. The Harmonium is historically considered a fundamental symbol of modern quality Sicilian oenology. A label with an authentically elegant personality that is revealed in the glass with the impenetrable ruby red color of its coat. Harmonious and persuasive like the name it brings with it. Perfect synthesis of the Firriato style
