Remembering the aromas of citrus fruits and the flavors of the ancient drinks served in Sicilian kiosks, Polara offers Chioschì, the new line of excellent soft drinks, produced with fresh Sicilian citrus fruits in full compliance with traditional recipes.

The Chioschì Polara line of drinks, fresh and thirst-quenching drinks whose secret lies in respecting the original recipes and in the use of quality raw materials. Unique products with a markedly island character, with the typical scents and aromas of Sicilian beverages. Drinks with a more intense flavor than the classic sparkling drinks on the market, because obtained with the use of a good dose of Sicilian citrus juice and natural extracts.

The origins of these drinks date back to the end of the 19th century, when in Sicily the drinks dealers (also called cioscari), inside their typical kiosks, which over time became an integral part of the urban architecture and a meeting point for those seeking refreshment, competed for the creation of new thirst-quenching drinks with an original flavour, based on seltzer water, fruit syrup and lemon juice, jealously guarding the recipes and artisanal processes.

 

 

 




 

Green Mandarin Chioschì it inherits its pleasant and refreshing taste from one of the most traditional and sought-after drinks in Catania kiosks, the green mandarin one.
A high quality drink, with a rich and intense aroma, 20% composed of the natural juice of fresh mandarins harvested while still green and grown in the lush citrus groves of Sicily.
Green Mandarin Chioschì it is a high-end soft drink, with a bright green color and a strong taste. A drink that gives the palate sensations of freshness and refreshment, characterized by the scent of the essential oils of mandarin peel, a sparkling Sicilian elixir that adapts to the tastes of the whole family and with which you can also prepare non-alcoholic and alcoholic cocktails.

Ingredients: water, sugar, 20% green mandarin juice from concentrate, carbon dioxide, natural mandarin flavouring. Acidifier: citric acid, colourants: E102 - E133, antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
