That of the Colombe Fiasconaro, with the slow and gradual natural leavening of the sourdough, is a long and patient production with leavening that can last up to three days, guaranteeing unparalleled lightness and fragrance. A careful selection and authenticity of raw materials that stimulate the palate with unexpected combinations of flavors and aromas.
In this version the classic artisan colomba with almonds of the Fiasconaro tradition, with its naturally leavened dough it is enriched from fresh candied Sicilian oranges and completely covered in icing e strictly Sicilian almonds.
The high craftsmanship quality of this dove is preserved thanks to the new elegant and delicate tin box by Dolce&Gabbana in the light blue and pink version, of elliptical shape specially designed by the most famous Sicilian artistic workers with majolica motifs inspired by the blue of the Mediterranean and the summer freshness of the sea, transforming, as usual, these tin containers into precious objects to collect.
Ingredients: Flour wheat tender, fresh candied orange peel (17%) (orange peel, sugar, concentrated lemon juice), icing (12%) (sugar, egg white eggs fresh, rice flour, kernel flour, modified starch, flavourings), butter, sugar, eggs fresh, yolk from eggs fresh, natural yeast (contains flour wheat), granulated sugar (3%), almonds of Sicily (Amygdalus communis L.)(2%), “Marsala DOP wine”, Sicilian honey, inverted sugar, orange puree, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, cocoa butter, milk skimmed powder, salt, natural vanilla flavouring. May contain traces of other nuts and soya.
