The D&G Easter collection was born from the encounter between the confectionery art of maestro Fiasconaro and the creativity of Dolce&Gabbana.

That of the Fiasconaro Colombe, with the slow and gradual natural leavening of the sourdough, is a long and patient production with leavening that can last up to three days, guaranteeing unparalleled lightness and fragrance. A careful selection and authenticity of raw materials that stimulate the palate with unexpected combinations of flavors and aromas.

In this version the artisanal colomba is enriched with drops of Sicilian Chocolate and wild strawberries and dark chocolate with Sicilian chocolate cream to spread and covered with dark icing.

This delicious Colomba comes in an elegant one tin box containing a artisanal dove a natural leavening, without raisins and candied fruit, but with Sicilian chocolate chips e strawberries from Bosco di Ribera (AG), covered by a dark cocoa icing, a jar of Fiasconaro Sicilian Chocolate cream to spread and one Spalmino signed Fiasconaro (a useful knife/spatula ideal for spreading the cream).

The high craftsmanship quality of this dove is preserved thanks to the new elegant and very delicate tin box signed Dolce&Gabbana in the light blue and pink version, of rectangular shape specially designed by the most famous Sicilian artistic workers with majolica motifs inspired by the blue of the Mediterranean and the summer freshness of the sea, transforming, as usual, these tin containers into precious objects to collect.

Ingredients:

Colomba (800g dove): Flour wheat tender, butter, Modica chocolate (10%) (cocoa mass, cane sugar), sugar, eggs fresh, low-fat cocoa covering (10%) (sugar, vegetable fats (coconut, cocoa butter), low-fat cocoa powder (8%), emulsifier: lecithin soybeans; flavourings), extra wild strawberry jam (9%) (wild strawberry (110 g of fruit per 100 g), sugar, lemon juice), egg yolk eggs fresh, natural yeast (contains flour wheat), strawberry granules (2%) (fruit (strawberry juice, strawberry puree, apple puree, cherry juice), sugar, fructose syrup, rice flour, gelling agents: pectin; cocoa butter, acidity regulator: citric acid; natural flavourings), wild strawberry puree (1%) (wild strawberry (70%), sugar, glucose syrup, acidifier: citric acid, concentrated lemon juice; flavourings), Sicilian honey, invert sugar, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, salt, natural vanilla flavouring. May contain traces of dried nuts. 

Chocolate cream (180g jar): Hazelnut (Corylus avellana), Sicilian chocolate (26%) (cocoa mass, cane sugar. Cocoa: 70% min), cane sugar, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, natural vanilla flavouring. May contain traces of other nuts, milk and soya.
