Food in Sicily presents artisanal Panettone Fiasconaro with fresh candied orange and raisins flavored with al Marsala and Zibibbo, which contains a Nativity scene composed of characters deliciously crafted and shaped white chocolate and nougat.

Fresh candied oranges and raisins flavored with “Marsala DOP wine” and “Terre Siciliane Zibibbo liqueur IGP” they make it special, the composition of the artisanal panettone with the representation of the Nativity they make it unique!



Ingredients chosen and selected exclusively from island production such as sugar, vanilla, citrus honey, stimulate the palate with unexpected combinations of flavors and aromas.


A slow and gradual leavening, which naturally reaches completion within 36 hours, guarantees quality and fragrance to this baked product, in full respect of Sicilian confectionery traditions.


 

Ingredients: 

Panettone: soft wheat flour, raisins (14%), butter, sugar, fresh eggs, fresh candied orange peel 10% (orange peel, sugar, concentrated lemon juice), yolk from fresh eggs, natural yeast (contains wheat flour), "Marsala DOP wine" (1.8%), Sicilian honey, inverted sugar syrup, orange paste (orange peel, sugar, glucose syrup, concentrated lemon juice), emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, "Terre Siciliane Zibibbo liqueur PGI" (0.4%), cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, salt, natural flavourings: vanilla pods. Granulated sugar. May contain traces of nuts and soya.

Nougat with white chocolate coating: Sicilian almonds (Amygdalus communis L.) 35%, sugar, white chocolate (20% min.)(sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), Sicilian honey, glucose syrup, pistachio (Pistacia vera) (3%), egg white, natural vanilla flavouring. May contain traces of gluten and soy.

Nativity Scene Characters in White Chocolate: sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifiers: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract. Sachet of icing sugar 40g: sugar, wheat starch, flavourings. May contain traces of gluten and soy.
