The Colomba ORO DI MANNA by Fiasconaro comes in one beautiful white and gold box containing a dove artisanal a natural leavening, without raisins and candied fruit, covered with white icing and one casting of mannetti, a jar of Manna Fiasconaro cream to spread on the dove and one Spalmino signed Fiasconaro (a useful knife/spatula ideal for spreading the cream on the dove).

Ingredients:

Dove: Flour wheat tender, butter, sugar, eggs fresh, white chocolate covering (10%) (sugar, milk whole powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier: lecithin soy; natural vanilla extract), gianduia chocolate (6%) (sugar, hazelnut paste, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, emulsifier: cocoa lecithin soy; vanilla extract), egg yolk from eggs fresh, natural yeast (contains flour wheat), Sicilian honey, invert sugar, mannetti (2%) (mannitol, manna 30%), pasta alla manna (2%)(glucose-fructose syrup, purified manna powder (25%) (mannitol, manna (30%), flavourings), emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; cocoa butter, milk skimmed powder, salt, natural vanilla flavouring. May contain traces of other nuts.

Manna cream: Vegetable oils and fats (sunflower, cocoa butter, safflower), white cane sugar, mannite powder with manna (13.5%) (mannite, manna (30%)), maltitol, milk skimmed powder, hazelnuts (Corylus avellana), proteins of milk, low-fat cocoa powder, safflower extract powder, emulsifier: lecithin soy, natural flavors. Pmay contain traces of other dried nuts and/or lupins.
