Colomba Fiasconaro Oro di Manna, 1 Kg

Manna is a typical Sicilian product that naturally oozes from the bark of ash trees and is mainly produced on the Madonie Mountains. It has a sweet, delicate flavour and an unusual, captivating aroma.

Fiasconaro's Colomba ORO DI MANNA comes in a beautiful white and gold box containing a naturally leavened artisan dove, without sultanas and candied fruit, covered with white icing and a drizzle of mannetti, a jar of Fiasconaro Manna cream to spread on the dove and a Spalmino signed Fiasconaro (a useful little knife/spatula ideal for spreading the cream on the dove).

Ingredients:

Colomba: Wheat flour, butter, sugar, fresh eggs, white chocolate coating (10%) (sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin; natural vanilla extract), gianduia chocolate (6%) (sugar, hazelnut paste, cocoa butter, cocoa paste, emulsifier: soy lecithin; vanilla extract), egg yolk from fresh eggs, natural yeast (contains wheat flour), honey from Sicily, inverted sugar, mannetti (2%) (mannitol, manna 30%), manna paste (2%)(glucose-fructose syrup, purified manna powder (25%)(mannitol, manna (30%), flavours), emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, salt, natural vanilla flavouring. May contain traces of other nuts.

Manna cream: Vegetable oils and fats (sunflower, cocoa butter, safflower), white cane sugar, mannite powder with manna (13.5%) (mannite, manna (30%)), maltitol, skimmed milk powder, hazelnuts (Corylus avellana), milk protein, low-fat cocoa powder, safflower extract powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural flavouring. May contain traces of other nuts and/or lupins.
