Colomba Pandorata Fiasconaro without candied fruit and raisins.

The Artisan Colomba Fiasconaro "Pandorata" it does not contain candied fruit, raisins and any filling. The surface icing is soft and tasty, thanks to the grains of sugar that complete the decoration. Inside the package you will find an envelope of icing sugar to sprinkle as you like.

The "Pandorata" it's one Easter dove with sourdough of high quality produced with the best ingredients selected exclusively in Sicily. The artisanal preparation it requires over 36 hours of leavening, this gives it fragrance, perfume and digestibility.

Food in Sicily offers the Colomba Pandorata in the 750g version and in the 1Kg version

Ingredients : soft wheat flour, butter, egg yolk, sugar, natural yeast, Sicilian honey, invert sugar, orange puree (ground orange peel, sugar, concentrated lemon juice), emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, salt, natural flavourings: vanilla pods.

Icing: egg white, sugar, rice flour, kernels, starch, flavourings, granulated sugar.

Sachet of sugar 40g: sugar, wheat starch, flavourings.

May contain traces of dried nuts.
