A rosé sparkling wine with a Sicilian character, obtained from 100% Nero d'Avola grapes, the best from the Feudi del Pisciotto vineyards for the company's new grand cru: fine and persistent perlage, fresh and intense aromas, great flavor and drinkability.
Tasting notes: good perlage and bright color of a pale coral pink. The nose is intense and delicate with enveloping notes of roses and citrus fruits. On the palate it is harmonious, fruity and very tasty, with a long and clean finish.
Pairings: the freshness and notable persistence of this sparkling wine allow it to be used throughout the meal, in particular with fish dishes.
