Produced with Sicilian Biancolilla wheat, Belgian barley malt and enriched with Ciaculli mandarin peels. With a typical light color and the scent of mandarin which makes it fruity and fresh. A beer both for the whole meal and for fish dishes such as marinated anchovies, tuna or prawn tartare and octopus salads.
