PEAR AND CHOCOLATE PANETTONE Format: 750 gr and 1 kg Origin: Sicily Ingredients: Wheat flour wheat type 0, egg yolk, sugar, honey, butter, milk, fructose, natural mother yeast, monotriglycerides of fatty acids, vanilla pods, salt, natural flavourings, chopped pear and chocolate chips.
May contain traces of nuts, soy, milk.
Store in a cool, dry place.
External glaze: white chocolate icing, milk chocolate spheres.
