Ben Ryé has a golden color with bright amber reflections. From very intense bouquet in which the notes linked to raisins stand out: apricot and candied orange peel; also features delicate hints of Mediterranean scrub. On the palate it offers its proverbial e extraordinary freshness that balances the sweetness. Countless others are added to the typical taste of dried Zibibbo fruity sensations, of aromatic herbs and honey. His complexity is enriched by an ending tasty and a lot persistent.
Perfect with dry pastries, chocolate and tarts with jam or ricotta. Also try it with blue cheeses and foie gras. Extraordinary on its own, as a meditation wine. Serve it in medium-sized glasses, with slight flare, it can be uncorked at the moment. Excellent at 14°C.
