Ingredients: soft wheat flour, candied apple 27% (apple, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose, acidifier: citric acid, preservatives: potassium sorbate), butter, sugar, fresh free-range eggs 10%, yolk from fresh free-range eggs 5.4%, natural yeast (soft wheat flour), apple and cinnamon granules 1.6% (apple juice 25.5%, apple puree 22%, fructose syrup, sugar, rice flour, apple fibre, cocoa butter, cinnamon powder, natural flavourings, gelling agents: pectin, acidifiers: citric acid, acidity regulator: potassium citrate, citrus fibre), Sicilian honey, invert sugar syrup, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, salt, cinnamon powder 0.2%, natural flavourings, vanilla. May contain soya, nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, pistachios), lupins, mustard.
