LEMON ROSOLIO
Character: The strong personality and delicate taste have made the lemon liqueur one of the most beloved rosoli in the Sicilian tradition. The secret is in the passion of an authentic recipe and in the wonderful flavors of Sicilian lemon peels. It is a product suitable for the balanced combination required by dishes based on fish, shellfish and seafood.
Color: It is characterized by the typical yellow of lemon peel.
Alcohol content:28% vol.
Ingredients: Pure hydrated alcohol, sugar, lemon peel infusion.
Preparation: AWe have chosen to manually carry out both the washing and peeling of the best organic citrus fruits from Sicily, to ensure the most accurate selection of lemon peels. Once the raw material has been obtained, it is infused in pure alcohol and left to decant for approximately ten days. The infusion is filtered and subsequently mixed with a syrup of water and sugar. A second filtering phase follows after which the product must decant for another thirty days before bottling.
